Booking Policy

Deposits & Balance

  • Deposits are deducted from your overall total. Final payments must be paid in CASH only.
  • Deposits are NON-Refundable

    Late Policy

    • A late fee is applied to help minimize inconvenience to the clients after you, please arrive on time.
    • After 10mins, a $20 fee will be applied to your overall total
    • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and will need to reschedule your appointment (another deposit is required.)

    Cancellation

    • NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments without reasonable communication will result in your card on file being charged for full service.
    • Same day cancellation will result to card being file being charged 50%
    • ALL cancellation and rescheduled appointments must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment to avoid any fees. 
    • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment the day of your appointment, that will result in another deposit in order for you to book again

    Same Day Appointments

    • Please contact me to book same day appointment.
    • If booking 24hrs before your appointment there will me an additional $50 will be added to your service. 

    After Hour Appointments 

    • After hour appointments are from 7:00PM - 10:00PM and it is an additional $50, please contact me to book.

    Braiding Services

    • Braiding hair is NOT INCLUDED
    • Must bring pre-stretched braiding hair (FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELLED / RESCHEDULED).

    All Lace Drop Offs

    • You must contact me via text (470.685.4829) to schedule a time to drop off all lace including frontals, closures, and all wigs to be customized prior to your appointment.
    • Failure to do so will result in a $50 same day fee.
    • RECOMMENDED LACE TYPES ARE HD AND TRANSPARENT LACE.
